Hi guys/gals! Im new and wanted to say hi! One thing I have not seen is (maybe its a checklist) but specifically what is the best way from a-z to get the best leverage for sponsors? For example do you get pre ticket sales and all your vendors, entertainment etc lined up then hit up sponsors? How far in advance do you contact a sponsor before a event? Also what is the top things sponsors are looking for to give you the best chance to land a large sponsor (outside of the obvious large attendance numbers). I did not see this in any of your resources?
