Best/Worst day of the week for a B2B workshop?

Hi there,

In your experience, is there any day of the week that doesn’t work to host a one-day conference or workshop on? I have a feeling Monday’s are the worst but that’s just my gut feeling.

Would appreciate your advice here.

Thanks in advance,
Freddie

Hi Freddie, thanks for posting. This isn’t my area but I would avoid Mondays and Fridays generally as transport problems seem to be worse on those days. Also lots of people work from home on Fridays or are away for the weekend.

Hi Freddie

Likewise would avoid Mondays (especially the morning) and Fridays (pm), we’ve seen really low turnout for these days of the week before.

Also worth taking a look to make sure there’s no conflicting events on the dates you want, such as industry conferences/tradeshows.

Nick

Thanks Melissa for your feedback and hadn’t thought of the transport issue beforehand.

Good point @nick_lawson This site is pretty good for checking trade show/conference dates: https://10times.com/unitedkingdom/tradeshows
