Very pleased to have been invited to this community.
I work as the EMEA Event Marketing Manager for a martech company called Olapic - we collect, curate and activate user-generated content for brands to use on all their marketing and eCommerce channels. My role includes selecting, planning, executing, and reporting on the sponsored events we attend/exhibit/speak at and the A-Z preparation and execution of our owned and partner events, much smaller but nonetheless big to prepare too !
At the moment I am currently working on 2 trade shows and 2 owned events in March, and planning our Q2 and Q3 events. I am responsible for nearly all aspects of the events - from sourcing speakers to creating presentations, communications (marketo emails, Social Media etc), all the logistics, transport & accommodation, branding, coordinating sales & marketing actions, reporting, follow ups etc etc etc !
I hope to share discussions/challenges and insights with the tribe, get and give some tips, brainstorm and more generally network with my peers. Please do add me to LinkedIn too!
