We are a small charity who need to have a Midlands AGM in April or thereabouts. We usually have around 20 attendees maximum, coming from all over the UK. Some of us stay overnight on Friday and most on Saturday and we leave Sunday. We would need rooms those two nights, meeting room facilities, and any food making facility would be helpful as would guidance on meals available locally to the venue.
