What would the ideal Venue Showcase consist of?
What are your pet hates and / or delights?
Do you have any memorable experiences, good or bad, from showcases that you have attended?
I’d say the ability to make appointments with the venue reps in advance is important, because you’re unlikely to be interested in all of them.
As an organiser team visiting the showcase we’d want to know that venue representatives covered all areas - operations, catering, promotion etc. so we could have meaningful conversations about any events we were planning.
