Challenges with name badges? Insights and feedback appreciated!

Hi everyone!

I used to organize workshops in the Bay Area. One challenge (among many!) was organizing name badges for the event day - I often used to hand-write the name badges :confused:

I know my challenges, but I’m curious what challenges others have with name badges:

  • what tools do you currently use?
  • what could be improved there?
  • how do you organize and distribute badges on event day?

I’m ultimately looking to build a tool to help here ( Any feedback or ideas are appreciated!
