Event Ticketing Software Project Mgt & Communication Tool Suggestions

Hi everyone I own an event ticketing software company. I’m looking for ways to streamline the communication process. I pride myself as a company on providing excellent client support. The back and forth email strings however aren’t cutting it anymore. :slight_smile:
Can you suggest a project management tool that you might use specifically with your ticketing vendor? I’m looking for solutions that help prioritize tasks, to do lists, help the whole process of communicating with clients easier and better organized. I thank you in advance for your input!

We use Freshdesk for streamlining email communication and measuring productivity of Customer Success team. Having said that, our clients prefer on Whatsapp communication, which we are not able to track/measure as of now.
