Exhibition Risk Assessment

Hi all, I am organising an exhibition in the Southeast of England & I need to summit a risk assessment to the venue. I’ve never had to do one on this scale before, can anyone recommend a form that is already formatted for this type of thing that I can use, or a company that can do it for me?
