I’m organizing an event, with multiple programs (classical music concerts, book launch, etc.), and a vine tasting. The firm which makes the vine tasting wants us to make sure that we will have 30 people (they have to pay for it) participating. (This event gathers more then 200 people). So, while we are communicating in social media, I should make some kind of poll abut this topic, but It feels a bit lame to do this. Does anyone else has any other, better idea, what can I do?
I would suggest presenting it as an exclusive opportunity with limited tickets available and handpick the people you invite i.e. only senior executives (if the event is a corporate one). If there is the chance to network with selected people, while tasting the wine, this would give good added value.
