I have an html-file generated from MS Word with many links in it. Is there an easy way to add "target="_blank" to every link?

So as the title says, in the html file (which is not from me) there are about 110 “href”-links without the attribute “target=”_blank"" which annoys me a little bit cause I want the links to be opened in a new tab. Is there a way to add “target” at the end of every link? I’m thinking about regex but don’t quite know how to approach this.
Thanks in advance!

How to Link to a Specific Part of a Page
Give the object or text you’d like to link to a name. …
Take the name you’ve chosen and insert it into an opening HTML anchor link tag. …
Place that complete opening tag from above before the text or object you want to link to, and add a closing tag after.
