What is your best GDPR song?

It seems marketing folk are turning to music for inspiration to lure their databases into GDPR compliance. I’ve received emails with the subject lines:

  • Stay with me (90s classic)
  • Please don’t go (released in 1979)
  • Don’t leave me this way (1975)

and if you get it very wrong “All by myself” might haunt your career for decades to come :scream:.

So as it’s Friday afternoon already, the sun is out and, if you’re in the UK, it’s a Bank Holiday weekend :grinning:… please share your best GDPR songs and any other inspiration we should know about. Go!

Back in the USSR (but replacing the U,S and R, with G,D and P) - and, yes, I’ve actually had this sung to me.

Ha ha, funny you mention this trend because I actually wrote a song title into some GDPR copy I was asked to write recently: Let’s stick together
I had it in my head for ages afterwards and now you will too…

Apparently Dominos are using Janice Joplin’s “a little pizza my heart!” on their GDPR comms! :pizza::heart:
